Project overview

Proposed public housing development comprising five high-rise residential blocks totalling 1,462 units, social communal facilities, a multi-storey carpark with commercial facilities and roof garden, precinct pavilions, ESS and underground detention tanks at Alexandra Road / Prince Charles Crescent.

The package covers railing and barrier installation across staircases, AC ledges and corridors, together with linkway, pavilion and drop-off porch works, within a large-scale residential development.
